10th Annual Mountain Adventure Race - April 14th

100 four-person teams will run, bike, climb and canoe a ~35-mile course that can(the undisclosed course changes every year) cover the Toccoa River, Blue Ridge Lake, Aska Adventure Area, Rich Mountain WMA, Chattahoochee National Forest, and the Benton MacKaye Trail. The race starts at 8AM Saturday and the finish/awards ceremony is scheduled for around 5PM.

I was hoping to have the river cam up before the race, but it doesn’t look like we’re going to make it in time for this year’s event. You can catch what the racers are saying over at the Adventure Race Forum.
