Might be nice, but their reservations required policy is extremely “off putting”, especially when the place has empty seats. One wonders about their business plan. After all it is a brewery not the Ritz Carlton dining room! Maybe they should take some customer service lessons from the Ritz, they do have a school in Atlanta. I would think walk ins would be a huge part of F & B revenue. But what could a former director of Spa in a major resort know????
Too bad, we won’t go back.
